Plano floors are established garages that have already peeled once

A lot of Plano garages were painted, then peeled where the car sits. The paint has to be ground off, not coated over. These are three-car layouts more often than not, so the square footage is the quote, not a slogan.

Finished rooms over or beside the garage sometimes want a metallic floor. That only makes sense if the space is conditioned. The stall that holds the daily driver wants flake and a top coat that can meet a hot tire.
